We supply heat pump systems, test benches and calorimeter systems for eco-friendly component testing to our customers in South Korea, the USA, China, India and Germany.
The bench can provide R-134a and R-1234yf system tests for automotive A/C systems and eco-friendly heat pump systems. The following are also possible: performance tests for automotive A/C systems, heat pump systems, condensers and evaporators, and performance and durability tests for compressors.
An independent coolant supply system can also be provided for performance testing of heat exchange development components such as radiators, heater cores and PTC heaters.
This test bench can simulate temperature from -40°C to+60°C, relative humidity from 20% to 90%, high airflow rate from 300m3/h to 10,000m3/h and low airflow rate from 30m3/h to 1,000 m3/h. Crucially, this bench can provide low temperature and high humidity test conditions.
As an National Instruments Alliance member, our data acquisition unit is very compact , with user-friendly LabView software-based UI for easy operation.
All test processes can be done automatically via operator settings, ensuring repeatable and reliable testing. Testing hours are reduced and efficiency is maximized with this test bench.
