Dierk Arp has retired after a long tenure as CEO of the crash test technology manufacturer Messring. A new board of five experienced managers around the new CEO Florian Lenz will take over the management of Messring with immediate effect.
In his almost 30 years at the company, Arp helped Messring’s expansion into international markets. He will continue to support the company as senior business advisor.
Arp commented, “It has been an extraordinary journey to lead Messring, driving the development of pioneering technologies for vehicle safety. I am proud of what we have achieved, and I am handing over the steering wheel and an outstanding team into the capable hands of my successors.”
Florian Lenz, managing director of Messring, on behalf of the management board, added, “We are glad that we were able to form the new management board entirely from internal experts and would like to express our sincere thanks to Dierk Arp not only for his many years of service but especially for his trust in passing the baton on to us.”
