UTAC and BlueBinaries have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to provide and position the two companies as an end-to-end test solutions and services provider for the global mobility industry.
The partnership, combining the complementary assets and expertise of both parties across geographical locations, will support the mobility industry by offering a unique set of capabilities with tailor-made solutions and services, enabling transformation in electrified powertrains, safety, autonomous systems, connected mobility and software-defined vehicles. The two companies share capabilities that they say can accelerate the transformation of vehicle domains and the ecosystem.
Both partners can support their customers worldwide thanks to a presence in 18 locations, plus 30 laboratories in 11 countries – the USA, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Morocco, India, China, Finland, Korea and Japan.
Connor McCormack, UTAC CEO, said, “I am very proud to have signed this MOU with BlueBinaries, a leading Indian company offering end-to-end engineering and technology development to the mobility industry. It will allow UTAC to broaden its offerings and horizon across software-related domains.”
Srinivas Aravapalli, BlueBinaries’ founder and CEO, added, “I am equally excited by this unique partnership with UTAC, enabling us to jointly offer end-to-end verification and validation services for software-defined systems of next-gen vehicles, globally.”
