Ohio-based Standards Testing Labs has announced the promotion of Ryan Fuller to the role of internal auditor.
Fuller is just the third person to hold the position in the company’s 47 years, and the new role will see him tracking completed tests daily and creating spreadsheets according to customer requests, enabling customers to monitor their test results.
As the internal auditor, Fuller will work closely with the marketing and accounting teams as well as being directly involved with the day-to-day testing. Fuller is the first Standards Testing Labs internal auditor to have previously worked in the company’s testing labs as a lab technician, giving him valuable insight.
The company is currently focusing on reinforcing its expertise in tire and wheel testing for OEM manufacturers. It is also carrying out updates on its own machinery. Fuller hopes to update and streamline the accounting department with newer technology, practices and processes. He also hopes to improve current logistics, to improve profitability.
Standards Testing Labs operates the largest independent dynamic testing facility for tires, wheels and related automotive components in the world. The facility runs more than 100 test positions, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
