In June, Certina Group acquired FEV’s Software and Testing Solutions division. The division has now been rebranded as Enorise, reflecting its commitment to enhancing the efficiency and productivity of its customers’ testing systems. It also highlights Enorise’s focus on energy markets and their applications across various mobility sectors, including automotive, aerospace, rail, maritime and defense.
“Enorise’s ambition: simulate, automate, qualify,” commented Etienne Monchaux, COO of automation systems at Enorise. “Simulation dramatically reduces the time spent on expensive test benches. Automating the testing process reduces costs and ensures reliable results. This enables us to qualify our customers’ final products.
“Our strength lies in the fact that we own and develop high-performance software tools for these various operations. For example, Morphee, our automation software, now equips 5,000 test benches, running them for over 1.3 million hours on all continents, and was the first real-time system to run under Windows.”
Process control now heavily depends on cloud-based automation and data management solutions. Software is also shifting from being installed on specific machines to being accessible anytime, anywhere. Enorise is a pioneer in this movement with solutions like Flex-lab, a web-based application functioning as a comprehensive test center ERP; UniPlot, software for advanced data visualization and analysis; xMOD, a co-simulation platform for integrated system development; and Virtual Dynamics, a tool for simulating and analyzing physical systems.
“What Enorise brings to the market is the passion of its 400-strong workforce to develop solutions that don’t yet exist, using new technologies such as AI,” Monchaux concluded.
