The role and tasks:
 - Quality improvement of truck and bus development
- Promotion of FMEA in RD, using Global QE tool (IQ-FMEA)
- Quality improvement for issues, risk evaluation, & management of quality relevant KPIs by using Global QE tool. Improve of development processes & quality management tools.
Practical knowledge and experiences
- Science (engineering) knowledge. Truck &/or Bus developing related EE parts knowledge is preferred.
- Risk analysis experience (FMEA/DRBFM) is preferred.
- Microsoft office / Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Knowledge of IQ-FMEA preferred.

Personal skills requirements:
- Communication capability. Working capability with new challenges. Understanding of diversity.

Language skills:
- Business English level required
- Japanese (preferable)
